Thanksgiving:
First of all, I can't believe i am this far behind in my blogging!
Last Thanksgiving, Lori and her family came out to visit us. They flew into Atlanta, and we headed to the Georgia Aquarium first thing that next morning. We then let the boys run around. It was so much fun having them here! Love ya sis!

My beautiful sister and her beautiful daughter, Katelyn LaRae

Christmas: (didn't bring our camera:( Anxiously opening presents on Christmas morn at Papa and Grma Janet's house..

It was a crazy holiday season, but we feel so blessed to have been able to see our wonderful family and some friends. Mom had a heart attack 2 days before I was scheduled to fly out, so needless to say I left early with Kade and found her laying in bed at the hospital...completely broke my heart!

She recovered well, and we had some great times together while she was taking it easy at home. I really appreciate ya Mom and am so happy you are with Grandpa in AZ, keeping him company!

The boys loved playing in the snow, and seeing their grandparents and cousins!

Happy New Year!:
Wow...it's already 2010! Time has really flown. Ty and I have decided to make some resolutions, but nothing on paper. I think this year, I want to simplify and see what's really important in my life. I of course want to be healthy and be a better mom and wife. I think that will come with my first resolution though.
When Lori was out here we had a good talk about the word "Simplify". It is something the prophet of our church has said we must all do. I think he meant financially, and also in how we manage our time and priorities. As a society, we tend to overwork and stress over temporary gains in life. After seeing some family members who are struggling in Utah, I decided that those temporary things don't matter. I am humbled by the strength of my family as they continue to go through their trials in life. I love you all!
